the room was a bit small and overlooked a car park i didnt like it. breakfast not including cost too much also. i dont feel comfortable paying gbp 35 plus for breakfast for two.

I felt welcome here. The location is convenient. Parking had plenty of space. I received a free upgrade upon check-in, and I appreciated it.
The room was very hot when i checked in. There were no fans. The french doors open onto the terrace, and that was pretty busy. I had to buy a fan.

i found the bed large and comfortable. the bathroom was fantastic with a massive tub and lovely shower. the staff seemed very friendly and accommodating to all requests that came their way. the location was quite convenient for getting around.
i noticed some dust on the picture rails inside my room which was a slight oversight.

breakfast was good and i found a really nice breakfast room there. the chef prepared poached eggs whenever my aunt requested them, which she appreciated.

the rooms looked spotlessly clean and well-kept. i did not find any stray hairs in the bathroom from previous occupants. the room had everything needed, including a comfy bed, a powerful shower, and fluffy towels for me to use.

the rooms were spotlessly clean. i did not find a single hair from a previous occupant in the bathroom. the bed was comfy and the shower was hot and powerful. i also liked the mini bottle of fresh milk in the fridge for morning coffee. the nespresso machine was a big plus.
i checked in at 7pm, it was 28 degrees outside and the room was super hot. no fans were available from reception. we could not even open the french doors for air as they opened straight onto the dining terrace. we had to purchase a fan.

the staff pointed out the nearest tram stations, acceptable.
i checked in at 7pm. it was very hot outside and the room was super hot. reception didn't have any fans available which i found very disappointing. french doors opened straight onto the busy dining terrace, a problem
